I think one of the biggest surprises is learning about how to staff and market the insurance agency through the use of the telefunnel. The authors teach how they did it and the also share some of the strategies that they tried which failed. As the reader, I came away with a good sense of understanding how to build a personal lines focused agency using mostly paid leads and I will adopt many of the tactics they highlight in this book.
