The Insurance Dudes is a media and education brand operated by IDudes, LLC. We produce The Insurance Dudes podcast, publish a blog, sell the Million Dollar Agency book, and offer coaching, consulting, and subscription software products.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth for underwriting, driver license numbers, or other sensitive identifiers used to issue insurance policies. IDudes, LLC is not a licensed insurance carrier, agent, broker, or producer and does not underwrite, issue, or sell insurance.

Outbound voice calls placed by IDudes, LLC personnel are made manually using a power-dialer (PhoneBurner) and are not autodialed within the meaning of the TCPA.
Marketing emails comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Transactional and account-related emails (receipts, password resets, service notices) are not subject to unsubscribe.
This policy is intended to satisfy the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no common industry standard for compliance has been adopted. We do honor Global Privacy Control where required by law.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to verification:
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP), commercial information (purchase history), internet activity (browsing on our site), geolocation (general, from IP), audio (recorded support calls if applicable), professional information (agency name, role), and inferences drawn from the above.
