Acceptance of These Terms

By using our websites, listening to or downloading our podcast, buying our products, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

What We Offer

• Million Dollar Agency book sold at milliondollaragencybook.com (one-time purchase).
• TeleDudes Telefunnel System (recurring subscription product).
• Consulting engagements (per signed scope of work).
• Paid speaking engagements (per signed agreement).

We may add, remove, or modify products and features at any time.

Accounts and Access

Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk.

Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation

Prices, billing cycles, and product specifics are listed at the point of purchase. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

TeleDudes Telefunnel System (subscription)

• Billed on the cycle disclosed at signup (for example, every 4 weeks).
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• Cancellation requires written notice at least 10 days prior to the next renewal date. Send cancellation requests by email to [email protected].
• Cancellation is not effective until you receive a written confirmation email from customer service. Verbal requests, voicemails, text messages, social media messages, and chat messages do not constitute valid cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 business days of your request, your cancellation has not been processed and you must follow up in writing.
• Late requests (received fewer than 10 days before the next renewal) may result in one additional billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Outstanding balances and any consumed services remain due at cancellation.

Million Dollar Agency Book

The Million Dollar Agency book is offered through a free-plus-shipping promotion. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The book itself, once shipped, is non-returnable. Digital editions, if any, are non-refundable once accessed.

Consulting

Consulting engagements are non-refundable once delivered. Specifics for each engagement, including fees, deliverables, scheduling, and cancellation, are governed by a separately signed scope of work, which controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

Paid Speaking

Paid speaking engagements are governed by separately executed agreements. Those agreements control payment, deposits, cancellation, and refund terms and supersede these Terms for the engagement.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may retry the payment, suspend access until the balance is current, or terminate the subscription. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer service is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and recover fees and unpaid balances.

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, podcast, blog, books, courses, coaching materials, and software, including text, audio, video, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by IDudes, LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. "The Insurance Dudes" and related logos are trademarks of IDudes, LLC.

License to Use Our Content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our free and paid content for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our paid content.
• Use our content to train machine learning or AI models without written permission.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Reverse engineer or scrape our software or websites in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Use our content in a way that suggests endorsement of your products or services without written permission.

Quoting short excerpts of our blog or podcast for commentary, news reporting, education, or fair use purposes with attribution to The Insurance Dudes and a link to theidudes.com is permitted.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, podcast guest content, or other materials to us, you grant IDudes, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license.

We may remove user content at our discretion and without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes or to violate any third-party rights.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications using our content or contacts.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our websites or software.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

Disclaimers and Not Advice

The Insurance Dudes is a media and education brand. Our content, courses, coaching, books, and consulting are for educational and informational purposes only.

• We are not a licensed insurance carrier, agent, broker, or producer.
• We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment advisor.
• Nothing on our websites, in our podcast, in our books, or in our coaching constitutes insurance, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
• You must consult licensed professionals in your state for advice specific to your situation, including any decisions about insurance products, agency operations, contracts, taxes, or compliance.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IDudes, LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of our services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content you submit to us.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below, any action permitted in court must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Agreement to arbitrate

You and IDudes, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services ("Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for any qualifying claim.

Class-action waiver

YOU AND IDUDES, LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Procedures

• The arbitration will be conducted in Pima County, Arizona, or by remote hearing.
• The arbitrator will apply Arizona substantive law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
• Each party bears its own attorney fees and costs except as the arbitrator may award under applicable law.
• Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Opt-out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Severability

If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court rather than arbitration, but the remainder of this section remains in effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any product or service at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, arbitration) survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email where required. Continued use of our services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
